Good communication requires an open communication. This is why we are informing you today, that a technical problem has been identified during our quality checks.
Due to an error in the manufacturing process of the bicycle, an incorrect component was installed on the front luggage rack, which can lead to failure of the bracket. When using the front luggage rack it may happen that the driver tumbles off the bicycle and suffers potentially injuries.
The following city bikes of our brand vsf fahrradmanufaktur are affected:

vsf fahrradmanfaktur – T-50C Disc 26" Trapeze, frame heigth 50 cm // Item number:
vsf fahrradmanfaktur – T-50C Disc 26" Trapeze, frame heigth 55 cm // Item number:
Only these bikes of model year 2020 are affected.
In the appendix you will find an overview of the frame numbers concerned to determine whether your bicycle is affected by this recall.
You will find the frame number of your bike on the type plate, as shown in the figure below:
We strive to organize the conversion for you as soon as possible and will immediately send your specialist dealer the replacement part (bracket) to be replaced. Please make an appointment for the conversion with your specialist dealer where you bought the bike.
We also urge you to stop using your bike immediately.
